Delete your account

You can delete your Orderme.lk account and personal data at any time.

What happens

• Your name, phone number, saved addresses, wishlist, search history and notifications are deleted.
• Invoices and payment records are kept without your name for at least 5 years, because tax law requires it.
• Any wallet balance or cashback is lost. Use it before you delete.
• You can sign up again later with the same number as a new customer.
