Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver within the zones shown in the app. Enter your location to check if we deliver to you.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within the time shown at checkout. Times can be longer in heavy rain, traffic or at busy times. We show live progress in the app.

Delivery fees

The delivery fee, any small-cart fee and any surge fee are shown before you pay. Orders above the free-delivery amount are delivered free.

Receiving your order

• Share the 4-digit delivery code with the rider. It confirms you received the order.
• If nobody is available, the rider waits a few minutes and calls you. If we cannot deliver, the order is returned to the store and cancelled.
• Riders may take a photo at the door as proof of delivery.

Riders

Please treat our riders with respect. Tips are optional and go fully to the rider.
