Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the orderme.lk website or apps to buy groceries and household items from Orderme.lk (Sri Lanka).
Your account
- You sign in with your Sri Lankan mobile number and a one-time SMS code. Keep your phone and codes private.
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, to place orders.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, place fake orders or abuse riders and staff.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees and include all taxes (VAT where applicable). The price you pay is the price at checkout.
- An order is accepted when the store starts packing it. If an item is out of stock we remove it and refund its price, or you may cancel.
- Delivery fees, small-cart fees and surge fees are shown before you pay.
- Some products have quantity limits per order.
Payment
- You can pay by card or other online methods through PayHere, from your Orderme wallet, or in cash on delivery up to the cash limit shown at checkout.
- Online payments are processed by PayHere. We never see or store your full card number.
- Wallet balance and cashback can only be used on orderme.lk and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Delivery
- We aim to deliver within the time shown, but times are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic or demand.
- Someone must be available to receive the order and share the 4-digit delivery code with the rider.

Our responsibility
- We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered in good condition. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.
- Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and the courts of Colombo.
